R E T U R N P O L I C Y

 We totally get that online shopping is super convenient but it might not always work out. No worries! We are happy to exchange any unworn items for an online credit.

 

RETURNS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING CREDIT ONLY FOR ALL ORDERS. NO RESTOCKING FEES! YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS. Customer pays return shipping fees.

Sorry but we do not offer money back. Exchanges/credits only. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached that came on it. 

 

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date your package is delivered to your door according to the tracking of your order number. (Must be shipped back to us with tracking by the 30th day from delivery.) Items must be shipped back WITH tracking. Items shipped without tracking may not be issued an exchange credit if lost in mail or received later than the date required.

 

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchases made between November 15- December 25th will be accepted for exchange until January 8th. (Must be shipped with tracking by January 8th.) Items must still meet the above requirements such as tags attached and in the same condition it was received.


INELIGIBLE ITEMS:  

- Items without the tags that it came with attached
- Items that show any sign of wear at all (at our discretion) 
- Sale items or items marked final sale
- Gift cards 

- Jewelry
- Shoes that show any signs of wear or missing tags

* Please be respectful and not exchange worn items from baby showers, photoshoots, etc as this can greatly hurt small businesses like ours.

 

AN EXCHANGE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF:


- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or missing it's original tags. 
- Any item is returned more than 30 days after tracked delivery to you 

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-5 business days of the delivery of your return. Store Credit is calculated to reflect any discounts, shipping costs, and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit may not be processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You can use this E-Gift Card at checkout and it does not expire.

TO INTIATE AN ONLINE EXCHANGE:

Please contact us directly via Instagram message @ohm_maternity or at our online chat. You can also call us at 980-939-1690. We will give you details on where to ship your return from there. We are working hard to streamline and make this process easier and quicker. Check back for updates for future purchases or right before initiating your return.

 

TO REDEEM ONLINE:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and an online "gift certificate" with the exchanged amount will be emailed to you with a unique code for your next purchase. 

TO EXCHANGE IN STORE:

Simple! For in store exchanges, please bring the item(s) to the store during business hours. We will process your in store exchange/credit from there. Feel free to shop now or save your credit for later. Credit does not expire. * Items will only be accepted free of animal hair and excessive wrinkles so please be sure to bring them accordingly.

GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us so that we can gather the name it was purchased under and process your request. We must have the name it was purchased under to find it on our end. 

SHIPPING COSTS


The customer will be responsible for paying any and all shipping costs for returning items to us. We will pay to ship your replacement item to you. Limit one exchange per order will be covered by us for shipping replacements. After that, shipping becomes the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
